Overview

In this Senior Analytics Manager role, you will lead the Grow & Engage analytics to optimize user retention, conversion, and subscription economics. You will manage a data analytics team and partner with product, marketing, and growth leaders to align OKRs and drive revenue and engagement. You will build scalable analytics foundations, including LLM-assisted self-serve data access, and shape the domain’s data-driven roadmap. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position at a fast-growing fintech with a strong emphasis on experimentation and strategic insight. You will influence decisions at the executive level and help scale analytics as the company grows.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and scale a data analytics team across Engagement, Primary Banking, and Subscriptions, including hiring and career development
- Maintain high standards for analytical quality, code hygiene, and test design
- Partner with Directors/VPs of Product, Marketing,



and Growth to define domain strategy and align OKRs
- Develop frameworks to identify behavioral triggers driving primary banking adoption
- Oversee subscription economics, including funnel optimization, LTV modeling, churn prevention, and pricing
- Architect advanced measurement frameworks (uplift modeling, synthetic controls, quasi-experiments)
- Define and implement a robust experimentation framework (A/B/n testing, holdouts)
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable data assets and enable self-serve analytics with LLMs
- Promote data literacy through training and workshops; contribute to company-wide analytics standards

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of direct people management experience
- 7+ years as an IC in analytics/data science within tech or FinTech
- Proven track record influencing revenue, retention, and executive-level product strategy with data
