Overview

In this role you design and implement cutting-edge BI solutions to empower decision-making across the company. You will leverage Databricks, Delta Lake and Power BI to build scalable data models, dashboards and automated reports, collaborating with Data Engineers and business stakeholders. You will lead data visualization best practices and contribute to evolving our Lakehouse architecture for performance and data quality. The position sits at the intersection of technology and business, driving data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Responsabilidades

- Design and implement robust BI solutions leveraging Databricks, Delta Lake, and Power BI
- Build and maintain semantic data models, dashboards, and automated reports to support key decision-making
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and metrics
- Lead the standardization of data visualization best practices and drive adoption across the company




- Help architect, evolve, and govern Lakehouse infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and data quality
- Monitor and improve data pipelines and BI performance metrics

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Row-level Security, etc.)
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling)
- Experience integrating structured and semi-structured data from a Data Lake (e.g. Delta, Parquet, JSON)
- Understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and orchestration tools (e.g. DBT, Airflow, Azure Data Factory is a plus)
- A business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and experience in dashboard UX and storytelling with data
