Responsabilidades
- Design, develop and deploy AI-driven financial assistant features
- Architect and implement backend components and APIs using Python and FastAPI or similar
- Maintain scalable systems on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Collaborate on frontend work with React (TypeScript) and AI-driven UI components
- Apply AI-assisted programming approaches and modern engineering practices
- Elicit requirements,
perform system design, and ensure robustness across edge cases
- Work with peers to iterate on product capabilities in an agile, lean setup
- Ensure automated testing and reliability across the development lifecycle
Requisitos principales
- 7+ years of software engineering with end-to-end delivery track record
- Proficiency in Python (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar Python-based frameworks
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS), Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment with ownership and autonomy
- Strong architectural design skills and delivering technical solutions
- Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript and React or Next.js for frontend
- Knowledge of AI-assisted programming tools and coding practices
- Strong code quality, testing discipline, and continuous improvement
