Overview

In this role you lead maintenance for production equipment and facilities, ensuring reliability and safe operation. You will guide technicians, monitor performance, and support installations and capital projects within SMT environments. Responsabilidades

- Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and facilities
- Lead and support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and implementing permanent corrective actions
- Monitor equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure spare parts availability and maintain maintenance records, databases, and work orders
- Support new equipment installations, process improvements, and capital projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements




- Develop and train maintenance personnel to improve skills and performance
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects
- Support root cause analysis for quality and production issues
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Assist in annual budget preparation and expense control

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- PLC troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical systems, pneumatics and hydraulics, industrial automation
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge preferred
- English proficiency (70-80%)
