Overview

As Security Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the ISMS to meet Part IS regulatory requirements within Airbus Defence and Space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to document processes, assess and treat risks, and coordinate incident response activities. This is a hands-on, governance-heavy role focused on securing IT/OT assets and ensuring compliance across the organisation. You will influence security architecture and risk decisions at a strategic level, contributing to a mature security posture and regulatory readiness.

Responsabilidades

- Contribute to ISMS implementation and maintenance
- Document and maintain approved processes, roles, and responsibilities
- Analyze assets for ISMS inventory and identify processes/procedures
- Perform, update, and technically approve security risk assessments for IT/OT assets
- Define and monitor risk treatment plans and decisions




- Communicate risk assessment and treatment outcomes to ISMS manager and stakeholders
- Analyze and approve security incident reports for assets
- Define and oversee information security incident response plans
- Collaborate with other organisations on information security investigations

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in information security; at least 3 years as Security Architect focused on ISMS
- Strong expertise in ISO 27001 and ENS implementation and auditing
- Knowledge of information security frameworks (NIST, COBIT, NIS2, ENS)
- Experience with security risk assessment methodologies and tools (MAGERIT/PILAR, EBIOS/FENCE) for IT/OT
- Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM, and data encryption
- Knowledge of EASA Part 21 and aeronautical environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
