In this role, you lead strategic sourcing and negotiations for digital categories across Sanofi’s integral footprint. You collaborate with the Digital Domain and procurement partners to deliver best-in-class savings and value through category strategies and supplier partnerships. You shape digital procurement across multiple entities, driving efficiency, risk management, and innovation. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position within a mission-driven, diverse organization.

Responsabilidades

- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiations aligned with category strategies
- Define and implement competitive sourcing plans with market intelligence and budgeting
- Coach Global Buyers on sourcing tactics, market knowledge, and negotiation approaches
- Deliver global savings pipeline and drive BOI improvement




- Develop supplier market knowledge and assess new suppliers/technologies
- Manage supplier relationships and performance reviews, ensuring governance and compliance
- Collaborate with other Procurement Domains and stakeholders to align on priorities
- Ensure procurement excellence (TCO, SRM, risk, CSR, HSE, quality) and leverage services from procurement operations

Requisitos principales

- +5 years in Procurement or related field
- Strong relationship-building across functions and cultures
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Understanding of business operations, legal aspects, and SLAs/KPIs
- Ability to work in a complex, matrixed, multinational environment
