Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into AI/ML pipelines (pre-processing, fine-tuning, deployment)
- Build optimized data storage and indexing systems for NLP using advanced databases
- Develop tools and frameworks for model training, tuning, and evaluation with seamless infrastructure integration
- Partner with teams to deploy models in production using cloud infrastructure
- Monitor and improve model performance for accuracy and efficiency
- Provide ongoing support and updates for ML models
- Create and maintain data processing pipelines for large volumes of structured and unstructured data
- Maintain documentation for ML infrastructure and support processes
- Stay updated on GenAI, NLP, ML and IR technologies and apply best practices with cloud efficiency
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field
- 2–4 years in ML engineering, data science or data engineering
- Strong Python or equivalent high-level language programming
- Experience with NLP and ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn)
- Experience in NLP-focused data infrastructure (storage, indexing, retrieval)
- Proficiency in vector storage, indexing and graph databases in cloud environments
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure/services (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes on cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Git version control
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
