Overview

In this role you help keep the EKON ERP platform and related business processes stable and aligned with business needs. You connect business users, IT teams, and external partners while building knowledge and documentation for sustainable support. You synthesize business needs into functional requirements, coordinate testing and deployments, and support access, master data, and controls. You will drive process improvement and digitization within ERP initiatives, contributing to the company’s sustainable, innovative chemical solutions. You work closely with cross-functional teams to enable reliable, scalable systems.

Responsabilidades

- Provide day-to-day functional support for EKON users and coordinate incident resolution with general IT and vendors.
- Capture and document business needs, translate into functional requirements, and assess impact on processes, data, controls, and integrations.




- Coordinate and perform functional testing for fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and migrations to verify requirements are met.
- Support user access, master data, functional settings, application controls, and audit activities with relevant owners.
- Maintain clear process, system, and support documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholders and vendors, communicating progress, risks, impacts, and decisions on EKON initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitize business processes and contribute to local and corporate projects.

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration with a technology focus, or equivalent experience (may be considered).
- Experience in business process analysis and working with ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
