S&P; General Ratings’ Sovereign and International Public Finance team in Madrid is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst to own a portfolio of local and regional governments and related entities across Spain and Europe. You will conduct site visits, lead rating surveillance, and present well-evidenced rating recommendations to credit committees.
