Overview Seeking an exceptional newborn care specialist for a gorgeous 8-week-old little girl, currently based in Europe. The family are keen to find a warm, professional and versátil candidate who can provide nurturing, collaborative support over the next 3-4 months. The role may move between Monaco and Geneva, so candidates familiar with, or already based in, those locations would be appreciated (they would prefer live-out support). Ideally the newborn care specialist would be supporting during daytime only, for around 5 or so hours per day. Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, supportive and consistent care for a newborn baby, working closely alongside the parents
• Encourage a warm, loving, and stimulating environment that supports baby’s development and well-being
• Sterilise and manage breastfeeding/pumping supplies and bottles
• Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (e.g., tummy time, sensory play, reading, music, swimming)
• Support the eventual weaning process, and help plan and prepare age-appropriate meals as the baby transitions to solids
• Maintain nursery spaces,



including tidying play areas, ensuring a clean and organised environment, and manage baby-related supplies
• Ensure safe and healthy sleep practices
• Collaborate closely with parents to implement and adapt routines that support developmental milestones Requirements
• Significant prior experience caring for infants, with verifiable references
• Highly organised, proactive, and pitch-in with your approach
• Comfortable working in a fully staffed environment, able to maintain discretion and professional boundaries
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Calm, gentle and nurturing presence
• Extremely flexible and adaptable
• Able to take direction and align with parenting preferences
• Highly trustworthy and honest
• Native/fluent English-speakers preferred, fluency in another language appreciated Salary and Benefits Hourly rate of £30-£35/hr, depending on experience
