- Monitor site performance metrics and report engagement outcomes to study teams

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- Previous clinical research, site management, or related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder engagement ability
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for multitasking
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
