?? Project Phase: ongoing ? Soft Skills: • Ability to explain project architecture and the business problems addressed in depth.
• Ability to independently clarify ambiguous requirements, define metrics, address concurrency and edge cases, and articulate technical trade-offs.
? Hard Skills / Must Have: • 5+ years of production backend engineering experience and complex product development.
• Strong Go expertise: concurrency, synchronization, context propagation, goroutine lifecycle management, and graceful shutdown.
• Experience with high-load distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Strong SQL and data modelling: schema design, joins, indexes, query analysis, replication, partitioning, and sharding.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies.
• Sync/async inter-service communication using gRPC and message brokers, including delivery guarantees and idempotency.
• Observability: metrics, logging, tracing, alerting, and Go profiling.
• Understanding of NFRs, SLA/SLO/SLI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Maintainable, testable code; unit/integration testing; Git and code review workflows.
? Hard Skills / Nice to Have:



• Event-driven architecture experience with Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Performance profiling and optimisation of Go services.
• Familiarity with Figma, cross-platform collaboration, and AI-assisted development tools.
? Responsibilities and Tasks: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and features.
• Drive technical research, architecture design, and implementation.
• Collaborate across teams, conduct reviews, and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Own service delivery, production monitoring, maintenance, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and participate in agile ceremonies.
