The Technical Support Specialist provides technical assistance to customers and internal teams across our Digital Dentistry portfolio, including Procera, Photogrammetry, exocad, X-Guide, DTX Clinic, DTX Implant and printers. Provide technical support by phone, email and remote tools to clinical and laboratory customers. Troubleshoot issues related to dental CAD/CAM software, planning and navigation systems, scanners and printers. Support customers with surgical planning, scanning and prosthetic design workflows. Manage software installations, updates and remote technical assistance. Minimum 2 years of experience with dental CAD/CAM, 3Shape, exocad and/or dental planning software. Previous Customer Service or Technical Support experience in the dental industry. Advanced IT and computer skills, including CAD/CAM and navigation systems. Experience with Dynamics or other CRM/ticketing systems. Knowledge of SAP. Fluent/native local language and working knowledge of English.
