ATSG is presently identifying candidates for a Program Manager to support The Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA), Passport Services Directorate (PPT). Manage the Contractor staff. Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities towards more efficient capabilities and performance. Responsible for assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of organization. Master's Degree in related field or 12 years of experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required Must have a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and exhibit proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards Proven leadership and personnel management abilities, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, workload coordination, and conflict resolution. Excellent oral and written communication skills,



including executive-level engagement and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
