Xolo is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own HR operations in Spain while supporting our people across countries. You will be the first in-house HR professional in Spain, shaping employment contracts, payroll administration, and the employee experience, coordinating with external partners to keep international HR running smoothly.
This hands-on role covers onboarding through offboarding, compliance with Spanish labour law and collective agreements, payroll inputs, and health and safety.
