This role will be supporting the German Corporate Team in deploying, configuring and demonstrating CrowdStrike's security platform (Falcon) to prospective customers. This includes creating and delivering technical demonstrations of the products, learning new hacking attack techniques and testing them within the CrowdStrike platform, gathering customer technical requirements, creating evaluation test plans, working through Proof of Values (POV) with prospects and managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion. Success as a team comes from ensuring the customer gets the best experience with the right people at the right stage. Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.




Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.
Native fluency and business level German and EnglishBonus Points: Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions.
Malware analysis experience and Cybersecurity expertise a plus.

Your day at NTT DATA The Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) is an entry level engineering role, responsible for operating in region and provides a professional remote technical support service to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems, collects performance statistics and creates reports, working with users, other staff and suppliers as appropriate.
Analyses service records against agreed service levels regularly to identify actions required to maintain or improve levels of service, and initiates or reports these actions.
