What You Will Do

- Drive full-cycle sales from lead qualification and outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, social selling) to deal closing

- Conduct needs analysis for high-potential clients and present tailored AI advertising solutions





- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets

- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activities, pipeline, and account data accurately

- Collaborate with internal customer success teams for smooth client onboarding and cross-sell/upsell opportunities

Requirements

- Languages: C1-level German and B2-level English proficiency

- Experience: 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, business development, pre-sales, or lead qualification

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem) and ad tech/AI platforms
