Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

We are looking for an experienced Unified Communications & Telephony Engineer – Level 3 to join our global Digital Workplace / UC team.

You will act as a senior technical expert and escalation point for enterprise voice services, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, AudioCodes SBCs and global PSTN connectivity.

We are looking for an engineer who can take ownership of complex voice issues from technical diagnosis through resolution,



root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions, while contributing to the evolution and reliability of our global telephony services.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 3 support for complex telephony and Unified Communications incidents.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, dial plans, voice routing, Call Queues and Auto Attendants.
- Manage and troubleshoot AudioCodes SBCs, SIP trunks, PSTN connectivity and media flows.
- Work with telecom carriers and technology partners on routing, DIDs, number migrations and service issues.
- Perform advanced SIP/RTP troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and problem management.
- Monitor voice quality and service performance using tools such as Teams Admin Center, Call Analytics and CQD.
- Support global telephony migrations, office relocations and UC transformation projects.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, Architecture, Contact Center and Operations teams.
- Drive automation and operational improvements using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and related technologies.

What qualifications will make you successful?

- 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications / enterprise telephony.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing.
- Knowledge of AudioCodes SBCs, SIP, RTP, PSTN and SIP trunks.




- Good understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, Firewalls and QoS.
- Experience with PowerShell and automation.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage complex technical incidents and coordinate with carriers and vendors.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
