Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Groups to join the Front Office team. You will coordinate all group stays from arrival to departure, manage rooming lists, and serve as the main Front Office contact for group operations to ensure seamless experiences.
You will work closely with Event Planners, review OS, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations to deliver exceptional, personalized service consistent with Hyatt standards.
