Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead at our Leganés store in Spain. The role supports the store leadership team on the floor, coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drives daily sales through exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling OMNI channel orders, maintaining visual displays, analyzing reports, protecting assets, and representing the brand culture. English and Spanish fluency at CEFR B2 level is required.
