Fever is expanding its Fever for Business team in Madrid and seeks a seasoned Sales Enablement/ Productivity leader. You will design and lead general onboarding programs, translate methodologies into scalable training, and partner with RevOps, Marketing and Product to boost sales performance across regions.
You will own the Playbook and drive best-practice adoption, while measuring impact on ramp time, pipeline quality, and conversion to optimize outcomes.
