The role focuses on driving optimization and maximum efficiency across manufacturing sub-processes, managing capital investment projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and energy management requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of plant performance.
Prepare technical analyses, reports, and performance follow-up documentation.
Project & Investment Management
Lead and monitor installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Manage engineering projects to ensure completion within agreed timelines.
Control investment budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution.
Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for new installations.
Keep the energy data collection plan updated.
Monitor energy performance indicators and improvement targets.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve energy and environmental performance.
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Act as a preventive safety resource when appropriately qualified.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal, environmental, and energy regulations.




18–24 months of relevant industrial or manufacturing engineering experience.
