Own and expand the Marketing Mix Model from its current US model to a general hierarchical setup, and turn it into an automated platform for budget allocation
Translate model outputs into budget decisions and channel strategy in partnership with performance marketing and Finance
Set the testing roadmap for the model, and design and run incrementality tests, including geo experiments and other causal inference methods
Extend causal inference methods beyond marketing for Finance and Product impact measurement
Work with Data Engineering to build scalable pipelines and evolve the ETL as the modeling stack grows

Hands-on Marketing Mix Model experience, including testing multiple approaches to develop a robust, defensible model
Built or owned at least one marketing mix model,



geo-experimentation program, or other causal measurement system that steered real budget
Experience turning measurement outputs into actionable language for marketing and Finance
Experience designing and evaluating incrementality tests and A/B experiments
Strong Python and SQL skills
Advanced written and verbal English
