You will:
Manage
high-value group business
Drive
conversion and revenue performance
Work across
international markets and multiple channels
Be part of a
centralised, high-performance CRO (Central Reservations Office)
What You'll Own
Manage
group reservations
across direct, OTA, and wholesale channels
Proactively
convert enquiries into confirmed business
Build, negotiate, and optimise
group quotes
, including upselling opportunities
Take full ownership of
billing, deposits, and
