Based within Sanofi's Digital Global eCommerce & Vaccines organization, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology — partnering with cross-functional teams to revolutionize how patients access Sanofi's medicines worldwide.
This role reports directly to the Head of Software Engineering, eCommerce.
From customer onboarding to shipment delivery, you'll set the technical bar for the entire organization and amplify the impact of the engineers around you

Mentor and grow senior engineers
, Proven track record leading technical initiatives and mentoring senior engineers in fast-paced, innovative environments
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), React or equivalent, and an object-oriented language (Java, Python, C++, or similar); hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Infrastructure as Code, microservices, API design, CI/CD, observability tools (e.g. DataDog), and automated testing
A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Fluent English (written and verbal)
