What you'll bring

5+ years of experience in Project Management for large-scale IT Service Management (ITSM) or ServiceNow implementations

Experience managing application development projects end to end

Proven ability to lead and guide project teams and clients through complex delivery programmes

Experience managing project schedules, risk management, and KPI calculation and tracking

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — desired

SCRUM Master or PMP certification — a strong plus

Experience with Agile methodologies — strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Fluent English — required. Spanish language skills are a plus

What you'll do

Build strong client relationships by setting the right expectations, providing regular updates, and acting decisively when issues arise

Lead key client meetings ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, agendas are completed, and communication objectives are achieved

Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the delivery methodology and all tools in place for project visibility and progress tracking

Prepare and deliver timely executive summary reports covering milestones, project plans, risks, action items, decisions, issues, and change orders
