What You'll Do
* Manage the full sales cycle with Dutch-speaking clients, from first contact to closing
* Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships by phone, email and video call
* Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads in the Dutch and Belgian markets
* Present our technology solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers
* Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
* Keep accurate pipeline and client records in our CRM
* Work closely with marketing, account management and support teams to deliver an excellent client experience What You Bring (Requirements)
* Native or fully fluent Dutch (written and spoken). This is mandatory
* Proven client-facing experience is mandatory : sales, account management, customer success, business development or similar
* Professional English (B2 or higher)
* Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
* Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working toward KPIs
