The role combines strategic contract management with cross-functional stakeholder engagement in a regulated, life-sciences environment, reporting to the EMEA Director. Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex tenders and commercial contracts independently for Spain, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning Provide subject-matter expert guidance to Sales and cross-functional teams on contract risk, pricing,



and procurement requirements Drive process improvements in tenders and contracts using DBS and Kaizen principles and structured problem-solving Requirements Proven experience managing complex tenders and contracts end-to-end in regulated, high-volume settings Strong commercial and compliance expertise, including public procurement and contracts administration Fluency in English and Spanish; ability to operate in international business contexts Demonstrated independent ownership of priorities and outcomes Knowledge of pricing governance and cross-functional stakeholder management Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as DBS, Lean, or Kaizen preferred
