Responsibilities

- Receive merchandise in warehouse and register entries in Coupa software system
- Distribute laboratory materials including consumables and glassware to departments
- Receive and distribute chemical products and reagents to various laboratories
- Refill and manage bottles of water and acetone; remove used containers
- Manage waste according to established procedures

Requirements

- Prior experience in warehouse management, laboratory logistics, or production in pharmaceutical or chemical environment
- Ability to understand and follow work procedures and identify laboratory materials and reactants
- Organized, responsible, and proactive with anticipation of supply needs
- Team collaboration skills and service orientation
- Flexibility, communication, and interpersonal ability
