Responsibilities

- Develop and execute government and public affairs strategies for Spain and Portugal aligned with business priorities
- Engage with Members of Parliament, government officials, and key stakeholders to advance policy positions
- Represent company at industry organizations and collaborate with third-party groups to build policy allies
- Manage specialized external consultants and government affairs firms supporting strategy delivery




- Provide senior leadership counsel on complex policy issues and attend relevant meetings and conferences

Requirements

- 8–10 years' experience in public affairs or government relations
- Demonstrated expertise in political systems, campaigns, or advocacy work
- Healthcare industry experience with government decision-making knowledge preferred
- University degree required
- Fluent in Spanish; proficient in Portuguese and English
- Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation capabilities
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in integral corporate settings
