Full Stack Engineer (Backend focused)

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Backend focused) to work on a project in the fashion and lifestyle omnichannel industry.
The project:
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, ideally with experience making decisions, being proactive, used to building software from scratch, and with good attention to detail.
Experienced with Agile methods and values, such as Kanban,



shift left, iterative delivery, and self-organizing, cross-functional teams
Expert at web development using JAVA Spring Boot
Database modelling & data handling at production level (NoSQL, Document based database eg. Experience with Distributed Event Processing platform like Kafka
Hands-on experience with managing infrastructure - AWS (or any cloud provider), Containerization (Docker), Creating & managing deployments in Kubernetes Cluster, Infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
Strong understanding of software development - clean code, refactoring, test pyramid
Strong understanding of architecture design and software design patterns - Hexagonal architecture, Domain driven design, Saga
Devops - Version Control using Gitlab, CI/CD, Automated Testing, Monitoring & Observability
Maintaining a medium-sized, production-grade service using an advanced observability platform like Datadog and handling incidents
Frontend skills - Vue, Flutter
