MONEI is hiring a Staff Manager — Apps in Barcelona/Málaga to own the mobile apps end to end, including architecture, code quality, and production releases. You will lead a small team of UPC interns, onboard them, review code, and guide them to become skilled engineers while shipping features that merchants use daily.
You will also continue to write code, shape the architecture, and decide how features are built, maintaining high standards and strong collaboration with backend and frontend teams.
