Client Advisor Intern
, you will support the delivery of a refined client experience while immersing yourself in the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique and developing key retail and clienteling skills.
Supporting the client experience by contributing to the creation of memorable and personalized interactions.
Assisting in building client relationships and supporting CRM activities (follow-up, communication, and clienteling).
Supporting product presentation through storytelling and a strong understanding of the collections.
Welcoming and greeting clients as the first point of contact: identifying needs and directing them to the appropriate Client Advisor.
Assisting with order preparation, packaging, and gifting.
Supporting Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
Supporting inventory management and other back-of-house operational tasks.
Attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
A collaborative, supportive and informal work environment.
Study support, with a value of €800 gross per month.

You must currently be enrolled in a university or an accredited Business School and be eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution.
If you are an EU citizen, you will need a valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number).
If you are a non-EU citizen, a valid work permit is required.
