Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for all building construction projects. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for a portfolio of construction initiatives. Manage and mentor construction managers, site supervisors, and project teams to ensure high performance. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes across all sites. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. Implement best practices in construction management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, technology adoption, and sustainability practices. Monitor project progress, conduct regular site reviews (remotely and via site visits as needed), and report on key performance indicators. Manage contract negotiations and oversee subcontractor performance. Champion a culture of excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture,



or a related field. Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior construction management roles, with a strong track record in delivering complex building projects. Proven expertise in all phases of the construction lifecycle, from conceptualization to project completion. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary teams effectively in a remote setting. Deep understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and regulatory requirements. Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management software and construction management platforms. Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Must be comfortable working remotely and able to travel as required for site oversight or client meetings.
