From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Procurement Packaging Senior SpecialistYour Responsibilities Keeping trade relations with suppliersRunning commercial negotiations for the purchase of the packaging materialsPreparing trade contractsSupervising and coordinating the implementation of delivery schedulesOptimization of packaging material costsPreparing reports on a current basisAssure the quality of the materials purchasedSourcing of new suppliers in order to optimize the cost and the quality of the materialsTracking the main feedstocks, market evolution and effects in the packaging materialsManagement of incidentsKeeping updated the files to monitor the current evolution in materialsOur Requirements Higher education ( preferably Project Management etc.)At least three year of professional experience in a similar position in purchasing department , experience as Project LeaderKnowledge of purchasing and project management toolsGood knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel)Knowledge of SAPFluent English (min B2)Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail in a fast?paced environmentGood understanding of procurement, planning and purchasingSkills for trading and negotiatingUsed to work under pressureCommunication and team work skillsPositive attitude, open to changeObjective: Make easy the difficultiesBusiness orientationOriented to achieve very good resultsWhat do
