German-speaking Business Development Representative – GenAI Ads Solutions

€30,000 gross annual base salary + uncapped performance bonus

We’re looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to help businesses discover advertising solutions powered by generative AI.

Bring at least one year of outbound sales experience , confidence in cold calling and the motivation to win new business. Previous digital marketing experience is not required!

What will you do?

- Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach and social selling.
- Qualify leads, understand business needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for the German-speaking market.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing new business.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve individual revenue and activity targets.
- Keep accurate sales records in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding and handover.

What do you bring?





- German at C2 level and English at C1 level .
- At least one year of outbound sales experience , including cold calling.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organized approach and confidence working toward sales targets.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Interest in AI-powered advertising and a willingness to learn.
