Описание At Monday, we create spaces designed to help people and companies work better and go further. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. You will be part of a growing company with a team of 70 people and a network of 14 centers across Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Andorra, and Lisbon.
Manage the entire recruitment process: post job openings, actively source talent, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and follow up on applications. Coordinate the different stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Identify teams' training needs in collaboration with managers in each department. Develop and implement the annual training plan, aligned with the team's needs and the company's priorities. Find, evaluate, and coordinate external training providers. Organize and track training activities; Manage subsidized training through FUNDAE and coordinate the necessary administrative procedures with external providers. Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and identify opportunities for improvement.



Contribute to initiatives that foster the team's professional development. Collaborate on cross-functional projects within the People department. 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and training, preferably in People departments at large companies. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience designing, planning, and coordinating training activities. Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously within the department. Full proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
We offer a permanent contract. Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours (Time Flex): start between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. Adaptable benefits (transport and private health insurance).
