We are looking for an experienced Associate Mechanical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in Norway.
You’ll be responsible for managing all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.
Pre-construction
Working with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget
Supporting Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations
Supporting contract negotiations
Construction




Managing the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground
Coordinating Value Engineering efforts during the construction phase
Working with the Client’s commercial and PCG team to develop Budget Management and Tracking
Liaising with the Client’s schedule management team to provide Schedule monitoring, tracking and analysis
Initiating close out process prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advance
First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageous
