We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Engineering Manager to join our team! The Assistant Manager of Engineering plays a key role in overseeing the daily maintenance and repair operations across the hotel. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, Powerhouse, RO plant, and STP are kept in optimal condition, maintaining the high standards of quality and functionality that Four Seasons is known for.
Supervision of all engineering works necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees.
Oversee the smooth day to day operation of the Engineering department, ensuring 24 hour manning of the property.




Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with contractors and suppliers who will furnish reliable 24 hour emergency service as necessary.
Work cohesively with Housekeeping to maintain our guest rooms to the highest levels of quality and functionality.
Proven experience in engineering, preferably within a large hotel that delivers five star quality.
Mechanical/Electrical experience is required.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels, across all areas, including contractors, suppliers, guests and of course our employees.
Strong project management skills and exceptional organizational skills.
