ServiceNow Engagement Manager – Europe – Remote

Empiric are supporting a leading general organisation on long-term ServiceNow opportunities across Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Spain.

We’re looking for Engagement Managers who have progressed from hands-on ServiceNow technical roles into project, engagement or delivery management .

You’ll lead customer engagements and coordinate technical teams, while retaining the ability to personally configure, develop or integrate ServiceNow when required .

The role covers customer relationships, delivery priorities, resources and project risks across engagements involving ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and platform workflows.

Key Skills & Experience

- Current, valid ServiceNow CSA certification mandatory.
- Previous hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience , such as a Developer, Technical Consultant, Engineer or Technical Architect, followed by progression into management.
- Retained hands-on ServiceNow capability , with the ability to step into configuration, development or integration work when required.




- Strong ServiceNow engagement management, project management or Professional Services delivery experience.
- Experience managing customer relationships, expectations and delivery commitments.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, resources and priorities across multiple engagements.
- Ownership of project reporting, utilisation, risks and actions.
- Experience resolving technical delivery issues and managing customer escalations.

Nice to Haves

- Additional ServiceNow certifications, particularly relevant CIS certifications.
- Industry-specific domain expertise.
- Experience supporting engagement scoping and proposals.

Location: Sweden, Netherlands, Italy, Germany or Spain

Work Mode: Remote, with ad hoc onsite attendance when required by the engagement

Contract Setup: Freelance / B2B or employment options

Duration: Long-term assignments

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
