HR & Payroll Specialist with German
HR & Payroll Specialist performs all life-cycle payroll transactions and activities to ensure the processing of an accurate and timely payroll. Displays decision-making skills that support company and payroll policies.
Independently process German payroll from end to end according the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks
Produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs
Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness and initiates corrections per the defined standards
Answer German payroll related questions and requests
Support and manage system maintenance testing
system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures
Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned




Around 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment
Very good English and German skills (B2 minimum)
Strong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Flexibility to support a integral and fast paced environment
