Ruby Labs is hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You will drive analytics across subscription products and web funnels , partnering with Product, Marketing (UAM), and Data teams to improve conversion, retention, and LTV- while ensuring trusted tracking, strong data models, and decision-ready reporting .
This role is hands-on and cross-functional: you will own analysis from problem framing to recommendation, and you’ll mentor analysts while collaborating closely with Data Engineering/BI to keep data foundations reliable.

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and decision criteria.
