We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to a project for one of our global customers, a general leader in credit cards, auto loans, banking and savings accounts.
You will lead the development team from a technical perspective, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable and maintainable software while promoting engineering best practices and supporting the professional growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Define coding standards and best practices and ensure adherence to them.
Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their skills and performance.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable software.
Work within a DevOps "you build it, you own it, you run it" model,



ensuring stable and smooth maintenance of delivered software.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including occasional QA activities and peer reviews.
Key RequirementsAt least 6-7 years of Java programming skills and experience building APIs.
Deep understanding of all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience with different testing types: Unit Testing, API Testing, Acceptance Testing and Load Testing.
Relevant experience with AWS services.
Experience with Gradle or Maven.
Experience with Enterprise Jenkins.
Experience working in an Agile environment, such as Scrum or SAFe.
Experience with Docker.
AWS certification.
Experience with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate.
