- Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
- Coordinating the storage tower cross delivery/country location
- Standard run operation
- Work on incident/problem/change/SR
- alignment with client
- doing health checks for the systems
- Identify automation opportunities
- align parameter changes
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
- Proactive analysis of problems and application of best practices.
