SAP IS-U Customer Management Functional Consultant - Freelance Contract

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Customer Management Functional Consultant to support business processes, functional enhancements and ongoing delivery within an SAP Utilities environment.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity for a Spanish-speaking consultant based anywhere in Europe, working Spanish business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and enhance SAP IS-U Customer Management processes.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Configure and optimise relevant SAP IS-U functionality.

- Work with technical teams and developers to deliver system enhancements.

- Support functional testing, defect resolution and user acceptance testing.





- Troubleshoot process and system issues and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.

Required Experience

- Strong hands-on SAP IS-U functional consulting experience.

- Knowledge of SAP Utilities Customer Management processes.

- Experience with requirements gathering, functional design and configuration.

- Ability to support testing, troubleshooting and system enhancements.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluency in Spanish and availability to work Spanish business hours.
