Senior Project Manager | Freelance

IC Resources is working with an engineering organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex hardware development projects on a contract basis.

This role will involve managing project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Oversee project milestones from development through to testing and delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, suppliers and project reporting.
- Ensure delivery against technical,



commercial and quality requirements.

Key requirements:

- Strong experience managing technical hardware or engineering projects.
- Experience within aerospace, space or other complex engineering environments.
- Understanding of hardware development lifecycles.
- Experience managing project risks, schedules and external suppliers.
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
