As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it complies with community standards and promotes wholesome user experiences for our Dutch-speaking audience.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
Accurately classify content and determine appropriate actions in accordance with company policies.
Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
Provide feedback and insights on content trends to support moderation improvements.
Collaborate with team members to optimize content moderation processes.




Stay updated with company policies and industry standards related to content moderation.
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate moderation decisions.
Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally and empathetically.
Knowledge of online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
