The Role Your Role Responsible for negotiating, drafting, structuring, and/or managing contractual documents that establish sound business relationships with vendors, customers, and/or partners, taking into account applicable company policy and legal, financial, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Works closely with other functions across the business as necessary to structure and negotiate contracts, manage complex relationships, resolve disputed matters, and provide general advice and counsel on contractual matters.
