Your Role Business & Strategic Partnership + Develop a deep understanding of the EMEA business, operating context, and market dynamics to proactively align AI‑powered talent strategies with business priorities. + Partner closely with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor, providing predictive analytics and data-backed insights to influence talent decisions across functions.



+ Collaborate openly with stakeholders to co‑create scalable and adaptable talent solutions‑including AI‑enhanced hiring frameworks‑in response to evolving business needs. + Cross‑collaborate with functional teams within EMEA to deliver effective talent acquisition solutions. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning + Design and implement innovative, multi‑channel talent sourcing strategies‑leveraging generative AI, automated candidate engagement, and intelligent sourcing platforms‑to build strong and diverse pipelines for critical and future growth roles. + Lead quarterly talent acquisition planning, using predictive hiring models to ensure clear goals, disciplined execution, and consistent tracking to closure across the team. + Contribute meaningfully to regional and integral strategic initiatives, demonstrating curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to experiment with emerging HR technology and AI capabilities.
