Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of process improvement projects using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
* Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving consensus in a remote environment.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed new processes and tools.
* Measure and monitor the impact of implemented changes on key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and implementations.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.




* Ensure successful adoption and sustainability of improved processes. Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex improvement projects.
* Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills.
* Experience managing projects in a fully remote setting and leading distributed teams.
* Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
* Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
